You can obtain a Vaccination HealthCert if you are fully-vaccinated in Singapore. You may refer to the requirements to be considered fully vaccinated. Vaccination HealthCerts are not issued for vaccinations done overseas.
For Singpass users
Singpass users can obtain their Vaccination HealthCerts by logging into the Notαrise portal using their Singpass app or Singpass credentials. Upon successful application, the digital vaccination certificate will be sent to your email and Singpass app in approximately 15 minutes.
If you do not have a Singpass account, you can register for a Singpass account should you be eligible. You will be able to access the relevant vaccination records the day after creation of your Singpass account.
Note: As a Singpass user, if your pass expired on or after 17 February 2022, you may still generate your Vaccination HealthCert using your Singpass credentials for 3 months after pass expiry.
For Long-term pass holders
Long-term pass holders will need a valid pass to obtain their Vaccination HealthCert using their Singpass app or Singpass credentials.
For users who are not eligible for Singpass
If you are not eligible for a Singpass account or if your Singpass account has expired, you may obtain your Vaccination HealthCert from Notαrise using your passport number and dates of vaccination recorded in MOH databases. You may need to first update your immunisation record by submitting a request to associate your vaccination records to your passport number via a form, or confirm your vaccination status first. Processing time would take 4 – 6 weeks.
